The Promotion
The Promotion allows new clients of the Trendsignal Plus Training Programme (The Course) to receive a complimentary 1-year licence (if purchasing the annual licence) or partial refund (if purchasing the lifetime licence) after the completion of their first year if the entry opportunities generated by the D1 Sniper Strategy (The Strategies) do not achieve a minimum amount of movement before an “active stop” takes place. This promotion is offered within the constraints noted below.
General Eligibility
The Performance Guarantee is only available to new clients that sign-up to The Course after January 2023.
The Basis of the Performance Guarantee
Clients can make a claim if the Daily Timeframe entry opportunities, generated by The Strategies (as displayed on Charting Center), do not generate a minimum total of 75,000 pips/points of positive movement over the 12 months following their enrolment on The Course. For the avoidance of doubt, it is not based on individual client performance.
Positive Movement is defined as the best price achieved after the entry point, as identified by The Strategies, and before the defined “Active Stop”. The “Active Stop” is a clearly defined strategy which can be used to manage and exit open trades. The Performance Guarantee applies exclusively to entry opportunities identified on Trendsignal’s pre-selected list of 37 instruments. The list includes a range of Forex, Indices and Commodities.
A pip/point is a standard term and is clearly defined for each of the 37 instruments within the training literature of The Course.
The Performance Guarantee Period runs for 12 months from the date the client enrols on The Course.
If the Performance Guarantee is not achieved, clients can claim a complimentary one-year extension to their licence and course access within the constraints below.
The Basis of the Annual Licence Extension
Qualifying clients, that have purchased an Annual licence, will be entitled to a one-year extension of The Course.
The Basis of the Partial Refund
Qualifying clients, that have purchased a Lifetime licence, will be entitled to a refund of half (50%) of the enrolment fee they paid for The Course.
Example:
Enrolment Fee: £3997 + VAT
Half Refund: £1998.50 + VAT
How to claim
Clients have 1 month after the end of the Guarantee Period to make a claim. Claims must be sent by email to info@trend-signal.com. If claims are not submitted within the above period, the promotion will be deemed to have lapsed.
It is the responsibility of the client to claim. Any extension or partial refund will not be applied automatically.
Any client taking advantage of the Promotion must be a fully paid client of the Trendsignal Plus training programme and may not avail him/herself of any of the Guarantee/Promotion if his or her account is delinquent in any respect. To be clear, a client using Omni-Capital Retail Finance to help fund their enrolment is considered a fully paid client if their payments are up to date.
A valid claim and access extension does not affect your status as a client of the Company.

We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
Trendsignal is the sole arbiter of any dispute under the terms of the promotion; and governs the operation of all clients strictly in accordance with its Terms of Business as published at Trend-signal.com
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
